In March 2018, after 35 years in the same family, the new owner took over Dormy House and plans to enhance the venue's already established reputation for a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere with his own expertise, gained in the restaurant and hospitality trades in both London and Norfolk.
We've created a brand new enclosed outdoor dining terrace, meaning our guests and visitors can enjoy the amazing views over the cliffs without being buffeted by the sea breeze.
Bring your friends or for a night out and have a few drinks as the sun goes down over the sea, or celebrate a family occasion with us in our restaurant or function rooms.Dormy House is all about relaxed, friendly dining and accommodation and food of the highest quality.
We don't tie you down to set mealtimes – if you're passing by during a walk along the coast, pop in for a drink or a snack.
Bring the dog! Or perhaps you'd prefer to book a carvery or a la carte meal, maybe preceded by cocktails in our newly refurbished bar area.
Flexibility is really important to us; come and see us when you're ready to eat -- we serve food between 12pm and 9pm seven days a week.
