Please note: you can NOT see the sand/beach or the ocean surf breaking.
You get the very best views of the ocean and can see the ocean surf breaking.
Our lower level (1st Floor) is 16 Stairs DOWN from the parking lot level.
No one is above you.
We also recommend this level if you would like the quietest rooms because you are at the very top.
Our parking lot level (2nd floor) provides easy access to the room since you park right in front of the room.
It provides easy access to the lobby, indoor pool & hot tub, convention center, and business center.
It is closest to our private beach access, so it is only a minute walk to the sand, beach and ocean (120 Yards).
You get a third story view, but only have to climb one flight of stairs.
No stairs.
Our upper level (3rd floor) is 16 stairs UP from the parking lot level.
