Bucak is a district and the biggest town of Burdur Province, Turkey. The town's population was 35,621 at the 2007 census. It was formerly named "Oğuzhan"; the name was changed on 30 May 1926. It is said that the name Oğuzhan came from the Oghuz Turks who settled in this town.
