JR 清里駅から車で約4km、木々が生い茂る敷地内にカジュアルなキャビンとキャンプ場を備えるリラックスした雰囲気の公共の宿。清里高原の森の中にある同施 設は、サンメドウズ清里スキー場まで車で約1km、山梨県立八ケ岳自然ふれあいセンターまで車で約3km、山梨県立 まきば公園まで車で約4kmである。シンプルで飾らない雰囲気のフローリングタイプのスタンダードなキャビン（定員5人）を中心に提供する。大小の浴場、トイレ、洗面所は共用。畳敷きのキャビン（定員10人）は、一部に暖房（有料）を完備。20まで宿泊可能なキャビンはトイレと洗面所付き。開放感のある大食堂、かまどを備える大小の炊事場、研修室、図書館などを併設する。キャンプ場ではキャンプファイヤーも可能。バーベキュー設備、レンタサイクルあり。駐車場は無料。.
