هناك ٩٨ شقة تتوزع على مبنيين من ٩ طوابق مزودة بمصاعد، في انتظار الضيوف. تشمل تجهيزات غرفة الحمام دوش وحوض استحمام. تعد الشرفة من أساسيات معظم الغرف وتوفر فراغاً إضافياً للاستجمام والاسترخاء خلال الإقامة. ويساهم وجود الإنترنت وهاتف للاتصال المباشر وجهاز تلفاز مع استقبال للكابل والأقمار الصناعية ومذياع وجهاز ستيريو في توفير شروط ممتازة للرفاهية والراحة خلال الإجازة. يعمل جهاز تكيّيف وجهاز تدفئة ذو تحكم فردي على ضمان مناخ داخلي مريح في الغرف. هناك مطبخ صغير مجهز بالكامل يحتوي على برّاد وموقد طبخ وميكروويف وآلة تحضير القهوة والشاي. يوفر فندق الشقق المفروشة عناية طبية وخدمة غرف وخدمة غسيل ملابس وقاعة مؤتمرات. يحتوي قسم المعيشة والنوم على سرير مزدوج أو سرير حجم الملك. يمكن للضيوف القادمين بسياراتهم الخاصة أن يصفّوها في مرآب داخلي خاص بمكان الإقامة. يفتح قسم الاستقبال في البهو على مدار ٢٤ ساعة في اليوم، بحيث يتمكن الضيوف من تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة بكل مرونة. ويضاف إلى ذلك غسالة وعدة كي الملابس. عبر الواي فاي يحصل الضيوف على إمكانية اتصال بالإنترنت. بالإضافة لذلك يوجد غرف مناسبة للكرسي المتحرك قابلة للحجز أيضاً.
